Find a Delivery Window Overlap

Each delivery window is a two-item list [start, end] of integer minutes, treated as an inclusive interval. Unpack each pair and return the overlapping [start, end], or None if the windows do not overlap or either has start greater than end. Touching endpoints count as an overlap.
